Senior Risk Manager

As a risk management professional, you will be responsible for leading the advancement of our enterprise risk framework by aligning it with our strategic objectives, strengthening organisational risk capability and driving continuous improvement in risk management maturity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and threats to the organisation.
- Provide high-level risk advice to senior leaders, while building capability through training, trend analysis, and promotion of risk-based decision-making.
- Lead the development of risk appetite and profiling, deliver actionable reporting to executive stakeholders, and proactively identify emerging risks to strengthen organisational resilience.
- Oversee the effective use and continuous improvement of our risk management system to support robust risk processes, reporting, and decision making.
- Foster a high-performing team culture, mentor staff, chair the risk management reference group, and collaborate with leadership and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Applications are open for 12 months.
