Job Title: Regional Bid Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Bid Strategist to lead the development and delivery of major proposals across our full spectrum of advisory, sustainability and environmental services portfolio.

This role is central to our continued growth and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative, technically excellent, and commercially minded team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation of high-value, multi-disciplinary bids across the Asia Pacific region, aligning closely with technical leads, business development, and executive stakeholders.

Bid Management Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle – from opportunity assessment through to proposal submission and post-bid reviews.
  • Develop compelling and client-focused content, tailored to position SLR as the consultant of choice in complex and competitive pursuits.
  • Build strong relationships across regions, ensuring alignment of resources and insights for each unique opportunity.
  • Influence win strategies and continuously improve bid quality and process excellence.
Skill and Experience Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leading and winning major bids in the consulting or professional services sector.
  • Experience coordinating multi-region, multi-discipline proposals with complex stakeholder environments.
  • A strategic thinker with exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Highly collaborative, commercially astute, and driven to exceed expectations.
