
Contact Centre Transformation Specialist

Deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth through strategic engagement with government agencies.
This role will focus on reimagining the contact centre experience, working closely with stakeholders to leverage AI, automation, and empowered agents for increased efficiency and citizen satisfaction.
About the Role- Drive adoption of innovative customer service solutions across public sector organisations, prioritising contact centre transformation.
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, utilising a consultative and value-based approach.
- Collaborate with solution engineers and customer success teams to co-create tailored service solutions.
- Built lasting relationships with key decision-makers across local, state, and federal government.
- Stay abreast of policy, compliance, procurement, and security requirements relevant to the public sector.
- Embody industry trends, particularly in AI and automation-driven customer service and agent enablement.
- Proven track record as a Strategic Customer Engagement Lead or similar role in SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Deep understanding of the contact centre environment, including emerging trends in voice, digital channels, agent enablement, and AI.
- Recognised expert in customer service transformation, capable of influencing and educating internally and externally.
- Experience selling into the public sector and/or strong knowledge of government processes and buying cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to foster cross-functional collaboration with solution engineers, product teams, and customer success.
- Strong business acumen and capacity to engage stakeholders from IT, operations, and executive levels.
