About Our Speech Therapist Role

We prioritise delivering high-quality, evidence-based care that is characterised by integrity, inclusivity, and compassion. Our goal is to empower individuals aged 9–65 who are living with disabilities or require support, helping them reach their full potential through personalised allied health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on client needs
  • Provide support to clients with swallowing difficulties (Dysphagia) where required
  • Foster close collaboration with our multidisciplinary allied health team
  • Offer education and guidance to clients' families and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and progress reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
  • Current membership of the Speech Pathology Association and eligibility for a Medicare provider number
  • Strong clinical skills in speech therapy, communication, and swallowing management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience within the NDIS framework is highly desirable but not essential
