Warehouse Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our Adelaide-based team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of up to 20 employees, ensuring productivity levels are maintained, and that staff are trained and aware of company policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  • Maintain high standards of productivity, efficiency, and safety
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Liaise with management to ensure company objectives are met
Requirements:
  • Current driver's license
  • Current High Risk LF license with recent experience
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Experience with rostering & KPIs
  • Previous experience in a leadership position
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Computer literate
