Permanent Full-Time Warehouse Team Leader
to join our Warehouse Team.

Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and encouragement, while ensuring the safe packing, stacking, palletising, loading and dispatch of our products are distributed to our network. You will actively promote safe work practices and ensure a safe work environment is maintained by all members of your team.

Available Shift Pattern

  • Wednesday - Saturday (8:30am to 6:30pm)

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a similar role within an FMCG company.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Good communication, literacy, and numerical skills with ability to confidently liaise with management and employees.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be result orientated without compromising Safety or Quality.#
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift and move up to 20kgs.
