About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to guide our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Operations Leader, you will be responsible for driving excellence across our warehouse teams.

Your primary focus will be on monitoring and managing maintenance teams, ensuring the highest standard of safety and cleanliness throughout the warehouse.

You will also be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to drive operational excellence. This includes utilizing resources effectively to strike a balance between efficiency and upholding high-quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and manage maintenance teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  3. Drive the highest standard of safety and cleanliness in the warehouse.
  4. Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to drive operational excellence.
  5. Utilize resources effectively to strike a balance between efficiency and quality.
