Job Title: Senior Human Resource Business Partner

  • Synergy, Collaboration and People Development.

This key role acts as the pivotal point of contact for all people-related matters within the Construction Materials business unit. The successful candidate will support the business unit's General Managers and senior managers by providing HR strategic, advisory, and operational services.

This generalist position demands a strong capability to offer hands-on and strategic input across multiple HR functions. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Partnering with senior leadership to provide HR support that aligns with the business unit's objectives.
  2. Developing and implementing effective HR policies and practices that drive the strategic growth of the business unit.
  3. Nurturing highly effective relationships with business leaders, establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor and business partner.

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Management or a related field, or demonstrated experience in generalist HR roles (minimum 8 years). A sound knowledge of contemporary HR strategies and practices is essential.
  • A proven track record of developing and maintaining highly effective stakeholder relationships, establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor and business partner.
