Your Role in Our Success

We are in search of a seasoned Business Development professional to enhance our Sales team, focusing on establishing partnerships and strategic alliances with digital merchants, payment service providers, orchestration layer providers, and embedded payment technology vendors. This role is crucial for maximizing revenue growth across Nuvei's sales channels.

In this dynamic environment, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with front-line teams to cultivate and drive solution-oriented sales opportunities.
  • Managing day-to-day pipeline operations and ensuring excellence in execution.
  • Staying informed on industry trends in payments and e-commerce.
  • Fostering strong, active relationships across Large Enterprise Sales and support teams.
  • Identifying and spearheading transformational initiatives for our clients.
  • Leading solution selling in e-commerce, mobile commerce, and embedded payments, engaging with C-level executives to support opportunity discovery and acceleration.
  • Encouraging cross-team collaboration among internal and external customers and partners.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A strong advocacy for customer interests, representing Nuvei and voicing customer needs.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in eCommerce, payment gateways, and online payment methods within the payment processing sector.
  • Critical thinking skills to prioritize effectively and achieve key objectives.
  • The ability to visualize and create project and implementation plans.
  • Experience in customer support within software, SaaS, or technical products.
  • A keen understanding of client requirements and the ability to drive solutions to meet those needs.
  • Proven communication skills across various mediums, including oral, written, and in-person interactions.
  • Experience in the payments or e-commerce sector, particularly within a fintech context, is advantageous.
  • A willingness to travel nationally to client sites as needed.
  • A genuine interest in the payments industry and a desire to contribute to Nuvei's growth and innovation.
