The Strategic Engagement Leader will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives, conducting surveys and feedback sessions, developing communication campaigns to promote company culture, and maintaining records of all engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance company culture and core values.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge morale and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and execute communication campaigns to promote engagement initiatives and company news.
- Maintain accurate records of engagement programs and participation metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align engagement strategies with business objectives.
- Support onboarding programs to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Monitor employee morale and engagement through regular interaction and pulse checks.
- Assist in organizing internal recognition and reward programs.
- Support CSR and community-building initiatives.
- Present regular reports on engagement metrics and insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or employee engagement roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Event planning and project management skills are a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for people engagement.
