Employer Engagement Manager

This role will focus on creating and fostering mutually beneficial relationships that support the recruitment, training, and employment of candidates. It requires developing and executing strategic initiatives to build and maintain strong partnerships with employers, local businesses, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive engagement strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives.
  • Design and manage initiatives to build and strengthen relationships with employers.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and outreach to advance organizational goals.
Program Management
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate engagement programs and projects.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of engagement initiatives.
  • Develop timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to track success.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with employers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and proactively address their needs and feedback.
  • Keep stakeholders informed through regular communication and updates.
Outreach & Communication
  • Lead outreach efforts to increase stakeholder participation in engagement initiatives.
  • Develop content (emails, newsletters, social media posts) to communicate key program information.
  • Represent the organization at external events to foster new relationships.
Data Collection & Reporting
  • Track engagement metrics and monitor program effectiveness.
  • Compile regular reports on engagement activities and outcomes.
  • Use data insights to refine engagement strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure engagement initiatives are aligned with overall strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
Event Planning & Management
  • Plan engagement-focused events to strengthen relationships and increase participation.
  • Manage logistics, including venue selection and post-event evaluations.
