  Financial Leadership Role
As a seasoned financial professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization. The Financial Controller position is a senior leadership role that combines technical expertise with people leadership and business partnering to support decision-making and long-term success.

  About the Position
The successful candidate will lead the financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. Additionally, proficiency in financial systems and tools such as SAP, BPC, AARO, and Power BI is essential.

  Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including external audits.
  • Oversee general ledger functions and maintain robust internal controls.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business initiatives.
  • Drive improvements in financial systems and processes.
  • Lodgement of annual financial statements for group entities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks through strong internal controls and best practices.

  Requirements:
You are an experienced finance leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA qualification preferred).
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
