Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Professional to develop and execute strategic initiatives that foster strong partnerships with employers, local businesses, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Initiative Development
    • Design and manage engagement initiatives that align with the organization's objectives, leveraging expertise in program management and stakeholder engagement.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
    • Foster mutually beneficial partnerships that support recruitment, training, and employment of candidates.
  • Program Management
    • Plan, implement, and evaluate engagement programs and projects, utilizing data insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of engagement initiatives, prioritizing timeliness and quality.
    • Develop timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and success.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building
    • Nurture long-term relationships with employers, acting as a primary point of contact and addressing their needs and feedback proactively.
    • Represent the organization at external events, meetings, and conferences to expand its network and foster new relationships.
  • Data Collection & Reporting
    • Track engagement metrics and monitor the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, using data insights to inform future strategies.
    • Compile regular reports on engagement activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
  • Required Qualifications And Experience:
    • Candidate should possess excellent communication skills (English) and assertive personality.
    • Candidate must have excellent analytical skill and be able to work independently.
