We are seeking a visionary leader to join our Board as a Non-Executive Director.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our commitment to environmental activism and social justice. As a Non-Executive Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Determine the organization's mission remains clear, appropriate, and relevant.
  • Provide expert guidance on setting the organization's overall strategy.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and activities to ensure alignment with our mission and goals.
  • Oversee executive performance and financial reporting.
  • Ensure the effective use of resources.
Key Qualifications
  1. Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and long-term forecasting.
  2. Marketing Experience: Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate fundraising/sales strategies.
  3. Campaigning and/or Ecological/Science Background: Proven ability to develop and implement campaigns or programs that drive business growth and environmental impact.
