Highly Organized Office Coordinator

Discover a unique opportunity with Aspect Personnel as we seek an exceptional Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support our dynamic team of Directors.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational skills, enabling them to coordinate complex schedules and maintain seamless communication with colleagues and clients.
We estimate this role to be compensated around $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Directors, ensuring timely responses to correspondence, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
In addition to these duties, you will also be tasked with maintaining confidentiality, managing diaries, and supporting business development initiatives.
To succeed in this position, you must be highly proactive, able to work under pressure, and possess excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
