Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Environment Manager to oversee the daily care and well-being of young people in our residential care homes.

As a key member of our Out of Home Care Program, you will foster a safe, healthy, and harmonious home environment through exceptional leadership and the application of therapeutic care techniques.

Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience and skills in the development of behavioral management programs, as well as the ability to supervise, lead, and support a team of Residential Carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a safe, healthy, and harmonious home environment for young people
  • Oversee the daily care and well-being of residents in our care homes
  • Work closely with the Residential Care Coordinator to ensure that every day is filled with growth, stability, and positive development for the young people in our care
  • Lead and support a team of Residential Carers, guiding them to provide high-quality care and support to our clients
  • Develop and implement behavioral management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviors

Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or diploma with substantial experience in the residential care field
  • Proven skills and experience in the development of behavioral management programs
  • Ability to supervise, lead, and support a team of Residential Carers
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the residential care field, particularly within a therapeutic environment
