Senior Residential Supervisor

This is a highly rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of young people.

The Senior Residential Supervisor will oversee the daily care and well-being of residents in our residential care homes, guiding and supporting a team of dedicated Carers.

As a key member of our Out of Home Care Program, you'll work closely with the Residential Care Coordinator to ensure that every day is filled with stability, positive development, and opportunities for growth.

We are seeking an experienced leader who can foster a safe, healthy, and harmonious home environment through exceptional leadership and therapeutic care techniques.

The successful candidate will have proven skills and experience in developing behavioural management programs and demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team.

Becoming part of our team requires relevant bachelor's degree or diploma with substantial experience in the residential care field.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or diploma with substantial experience in the residential care field.
  • Proven skills and experience in developing behavioural management programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team.
