Lead Residential Care Manager

The role of Lead Residential Care Manager is to oversee the daily care and well-being of young people in residential care homes. This position requires a strong leader who can guide and support a team of residential carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of residential carers to ensure the highest standards of care for young people.
  • Work closely with the residential care coordinator to develop and implement programs that promote growth, stability, and positive development for young people.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, with significant experience in residential care.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, young people, and external stakeholders.

Working Conditions:
