Senior Rostering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
About the Role
- This is an entry-level part-time position with a focus on rostering and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate staff schedules to meet care requirements of residents.
- Handle requests for shift changes, leave or time off, and arrange suitable replacements.
- Maintain effective communication with staff to inform them of schedules, shift changes and updates.
- Collaborate with management to optimize workforce management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to manage complex rosters and team member allocations.
- Experience using employee scheduling software such as Humanforce or Time Target.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
