Investment Associate – Real Assets

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Associate to join our real assets private equity platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in investment banking and a strong background in financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.

Mandate Spanning:
Our platform focuses on developing high-quality, future-proof assets through specialist platforms, aiming to generate strong real estate returns with potential to add value through these specialist platforms.

  • Origination: Identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities
  • Due Diligence: Conducting thorough research and analysis on potential investments
  • Financial Modelling: Creating detailed financial models to evaluate investment potential
  • Transaction Execution: Coordinating the execution of transactions
  • Portfolio Management: Monitoring and optimizing the performance of existing investments

Responsibilities:

As an Investment Associate, you will be part of a small best-in-class Real Estate investments team, working closely with senior leaders from a tier-one investment background. You will gain exposure to a diversified set of strategies across real assets and platforms, with direct involvement in live deals and development projects.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 2-4 years of experience in tier one investment banking
  • Strong technical skills, including financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent commercial judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
  • Real estate experience is beneficial but not required
