The Analyst will be responsible for assessing potential real estate
investment opportunities and providing transaction origination, execution and management support to the team. Reporting to the Executive Director and will support the wider real estate team in Sydney of 8.

You will provide analytical, transaction and management support to the team. Working as part of a boutique team environment you will have complete exposure across the deal lifecycle

This will include developing and maintaining detailed financial models to support the assessment of new or existing investment opportunities. In addition you will be required to prepare investor presentations and capital raising documents, prepare internal approval papers in respect of new investments, conduct industry research and provide periodic existing investment reporting.

The successful candidate will have proven experience gained in real estate credit, within institutional banking, Big 4 debt advisory, real estate funds management of chartered accounting corporate finance.

Post graduate qualifications such as CFA or CA will be well regarded. Regardless, you will have strong numerical capability and exceptional financial modelling skills.
