We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst in Real Estate Investment. As a key member of our investment team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of investment strategies.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions, assisting in due diligence processes for potential investments, and performing market research to identify new opportunities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models to inform investment decisions
  • Conducting thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial, operational, and regulatory assessments
  • Identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Preparing detailed investment memorandums and presentations for stakeholders
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and success

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in finance or economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering results under pressure
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools and technologies
