Principal Consultant | Investments, Capital & Asset Management

We're seeking a Investment Associate to join a high-performing real estate investment team managing a diversified fund spanning hotels, residential, office, and logistics.


The role is hands-on investment management with a focus on joint ventures with development partners. You'll be responsible for monitoring project performance, managing risks, and ensuring value is maximised across the portfolio.


Key responsibilities
  • Day-to-day portfolio management of joint venture developments.
  • Oversight of project reporting, financial models, and feasibility analysis.
  • Identification and mitigation of development risks across planning, construction, and delivery.
  • Close collaboration with external development partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Active involvement in investment reviews, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

What we're looking for
  • 3–6 years' experience in real estate investment, development, or funds management.
  • Strong understanding of development project risks (planning, delivery, cost, sales, market).
  • Financial modelling and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Commercially sharp, able to challenge assumptions and drive outcomes.
  • Confident communicator who can build trust with JV partners and senior stakeholders.

This role suits someone who thrives on the technical detail of development projects while keeping the big picture in focus—delivering strong risk-adjusted returns for investors.
