As an Analyst, you will work closely with the Managing Director and the team to support investment strategies, deal sourcing, execution, and investor relations.
Responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence, market research, and assisting in managing investment portfolios.What You'll Be DoingConduct financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisionsAssist in the due diligence process for potential investmentsPerform market research to identify opportunitiesPrepare investment memorandums and presentations for stakeholdersSupport the management of existing investment portfoliosCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various projectsWhat We're Looking ForFor Junior Candidates:A degree in finance, economics, or a related fieldStrong analytical and quantitative skillsProficiency in financial modeling and ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEagerness to learn and grow within the real estate investment sectorFor Experienced Candidates:7–8 years of experience in loan origination, preferably within a bank's real estate team or a property fundProven leadership in managing teams and projectsDeep knowledge of real estate debt and equity investmentsStrong leadership and decision-making skillsAbility to mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic initiativesWhy Join Them?
