Investment Opportunities Specialist

Job Description:

The role of Investment Opportunities Specialist is to analyze and identify real estate investment opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity Analysis: Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities through thorough market research and financial analysis.
  • Project Development: Assist in preparing project development feasibilities, including financial modeling and investment monitoring tools.
  • Financial Management: Manage existing assets in line with investment guidelines and develop financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with current and prospective investors to maintain a strong network and attract new investment opportunities.
  • Transaction Execution: Assist in executing real estate transactions, including equity and debt capital raising transactions.
  • Strategy Development: Prepare strategy development papers and analyze market conditions and trends to inform investment decisions.
  • Reporting: Design and deliver regular and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • University degree in finance, commerce, property, or economics.
  • 1–3 years' experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Understanding of the Australian real estate investment market and development process.
  • Experience in cash flow modeling and investment valuation.
  • Strong numerical and financial modeling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
