The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance is a collaborative effort between John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs, and Ventia to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor. This ambitious project will leave a lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.
We are excited to partner with the Australian and South Australian governments to deliver this city-shaping project, providing safe and efficient journeys for motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists, while connecting open spaces and recreational facilities, and unlocking economic opportunities and growth for South Australia.
The OpportunityThe T2D Alliance is currently building its People team and has a requirement for a Human Resources Manager. Reporting to the Skills and Legacy Director, the successful applicant will play a critical role in achieving the People team's deliverables and objectives over the duration of this iconic project.
- Support the Skills and Legacy Director in implementing the broader Human Resources strategy
- Collaborate with the broader People team to support key objectives across Talent, Learning and Development, and Social Inclusion
- Develop and implement key HR initiatives, including career development, succession planning, and retention
- Establish a framework for ensuring the Alliance has a culture of high performance
- Support management in resourcing objectives
- Ensure compliance and governance processes and practices
- Tertiary qualifications in HRM, Commerce, or Psychology
- Desirable: Construction, Mining, and Engineering industry experience
- Ability to lead a high-performing people team
- Adelaide resident or willing to reside in Adelaide
