We are seeking an Accommodation Professional to lead our night shift team as a Hotel Operations Manager.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our hotel during the night shift. This includes:

  • Managing cash handling and maintaining accurate records;
  • Providing excellent guest service, including check-in and check-out procedures;
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel;
  • Ensuring security protocols are followed at all times;
  • Analyzing data and reports to identify areas for improvement;

You will work closely with our front office team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail will be essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant night audit experience in the hospitality industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage stress effectively;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software;
  • Ability to navigate through change and adapt to new situations;
