We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in our Brisbane office, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.
This position will also provide administrative support to the project team, contributing to the success of one of the city's largest developments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinating office supply purchases, including stationery, groceries, and uniforms
- Supporting HR with onboarding, recruitment, and staff training initiatives
- Coordinating maintenance of office technology, equipment, and software
- Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements
- Acting as primary point of contact for clients via phone and email
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including calendar and inbox management, filing, and records maintenance
- Assisting senior management with project report preparation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Office Manager
- Previous experience within a construction, design or engineering firm (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to act with discretion and confidentiality
- Advanced MS Office programs
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive, mature
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and independently
