Job Title:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Business Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our offices.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to work closely with the Operations Manager and contribute to the smooth running of operational, administrative, IT Support and facilities functions.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding and off-boarding staff, liaising with our IT provider, managing facilities issues, providing reception relief, transitioning to new practice management software systems, implementing Anti-Money Laundering compliance processes, assisting with staffing arrangements, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure all necessary resources are in place.
Your Background:

You will have at least 2 years experience in Operations or HR Support within a law firm background. Liaising with IT providers is preferred but not essential.
