Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating change and driving continuous improvement, while also being an advocate for developing good working relationships with the people we support, families/carers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support 5 males with complex supports and behaviours that challenge.
  2. Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity and empowerment among the people we support.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualised support plans.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A valid driver's licence.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
  • A current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Australian citizenship or residency.
