Senior Coffee Leader

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Coffee Leader to spearhead our coffee bar operations. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee daily activities, ensuring seamless customer experiences and delivering high-quality beverages consistently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct the day-to-day management of the coffee bar section, promoting outstanding customer service and implementing efficient workflows.
  • Mentor junior staff members, empowering their growth and maintaining a productive work environment.
  • Manage inventory, procure supplies, and oversee equipment maintenance to guarantee smooth operation of the coffee bar.
  • Collaborate with the baking team to develop seasonal beverage menus and promote new products effectively.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a senior coffee leader in a specialty coffee establishment.
  • Extensive knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art creation.
