Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and motivating your team
  • Working collaboratively with our roasting team
Job Description & Responsibility:
  • Full-time role with 38 hours per week
  • Guided and self-motivated leadership
  • Executing daily/weekly procedures such as running shifts, cleaning, opening and closing brew bar, general tasks, ordering stock
  • Meeting weekly targets of wage to revenue ratio
  • Staff engagement and motivation
  • Coffee knowledge across the venue, in addition to working alongside our roasting team's developments
  • Managing rostering and HR
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
