About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Coffee Leader to oversee daily operations in our Sydney café.

This key position drives quality and consistency across every shift, supports team development, and plays a leadership role on the floor.

About You
  • Proven experience as a senior barista in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead a team on shift and set service pace
  • Strong understanding of calibration, recipe consistency, and workflow management
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with FOH and kitchen teams
  • Calm, supportive leadership style and ability to mentor junior team members
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
