We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Professional to join our team at a leading coffee house in Frenchs Forest. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a senior role at a cafe, restaurant or bar, with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the cafe and lead a team with great culture
  • Take orders, operate cash register, prepare and serve food and drinks accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Present well and maintain high standards of cleanliness
Requirements:
  • 1 year experience as a Barista (required)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, mornings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation or live locally
