Senior Coffee Machine Operations Leader Job Overview

The Senior Coffee Machine Operations Leader is a strategic role that oversees the installation, technical services support, training, spare parts warehousing, and equipment supply and demand planning for coffee machines.

This position requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of technical specialists and ensure seamless service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years' experience in a similar position, with a focus on providing high-level customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technical specialists to deliver exceptional service and ensure machine installations are completed efficiently
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective solutions to maintain service excellence
  • Manage third-party technical service supplier relationships to ensure service level agreements are met
  • Collaborate with the out-of-home sales team to develop equipment strategies and select portfolio offerings
  • Oversee equipment and spare parts inventory management
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years' experience in a senior leadership position, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences
