Risk and Resilience Professional

This role offers the chance to play a vital part in strengthening operational resilience across key divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support group resilience activities, including implementing Operational Resilience Policy
  • Operational Resilience Oversight: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Operational Resilience Policy and supporting service catalogue
  • Maintain oversight of Critical Operations, including risk profiles, control effectiveness, and resilience control testing under CPS230
  • Monitoring & Insights: Monitor resilience risks, controls, incidents, and actions
  • Analyse operational resilience data to generate insights for business leaders
  • Business Continuity & Crisis Management: Contribute to the development and execution of annual Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management programs
  • Facilitate scenario testing and exercises, ensuring customer-centric decision-making
  • Governance & Reporting: Assist in the review and alignment of resilience-related policies and procedures
  • Provide input into reporting for Risk Committees on the status of BCM and Crisis Management programs
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary or professional qualifications or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience operationalising enterprise business resilience or risk management frameworks (preferred)
  • Demonstrated understanding and practical experience in Business Resilience and Crisis Management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and provide specialist advice
