Business continuity is a critical aspect of any organization's risk management strategy.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining robust business continuity plans to safeguard our enterprise, business units, and branches across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of business continuity policies and standards
  • Contribute to the completion of Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
  • Support Vendor Management by conducting business continuity assessments of third-party vendors
  • Maintain key indicators for critical systems and overall Business Continuity capability
  • Monitor the business continuity risk in accordance with the Risk Control Framework
  • Support the Business Continuity team in planning and executing exercises at Business Unit and Enterprise level
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery principles
  • Exposure to operations, production or technology environment within the financial services industry
  • A Certificate of BCI or equivalent relevant industry qualification highly regarded
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to develop, build and maintain relationships with internal clients and external suppliers
  • An ability to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Exposure to a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system highly regarded
