A top-tier insurance firm is seeking a Business Resilience Manager to lead and enhance its enterprise resilience capability. This is a critical contract role responsible for strengthening crisis management frameworks, developing response strategies, and delivering comprehensive scenario-based script writing and testing exercises across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain business continuity and crisis management frameworks
- Lead the planning and execution of scenario testing and simulation exercises
- Design and write detailed crisis management and business continuity scripts
- Engage with stakeholders to embed resilience practices across the business
- Identify gaps in current resilience strategies and recommend solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk requirements

Key Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in business resilience, continuity, or crisis management roles
- Strong capability in writing and delivering scenario testing scripts
- Insurance or financial services background highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and drive outcomes within short timeframes

Contract Details:

- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Melbourne-based role (with hybrid flexibility) Sydney considered for the right candidate
- Start: ASAP, September 2025
