Business Continuity Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to develop and maintain business continuity strategies that align with organizational objectives.

  • Develop and implement business continuity policies, procedures, and plans to ensure resilience and minimize disruption to critical activities.
  • Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify areas of high risk and prioritize mitigation efforts.
  • Design and implement business continuity solutions, including disaster recovery plans, incident response plans, and crisis management plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to raise awareness and promote a culture of resilience within the organization.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business continuity initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and enterprise risk management.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, continuity frameworks, and incident response planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Project management expertise, with a track record of successfully leading continuity initiatives from design through implementation.
