Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing comprehensive quotations that highlight the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Driving sustainability solutions with customers through equipment and process audits, leveraging our expertise in separation products.
  • Identifying and advising on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Developing and utilizing sales tools and configurators to streamline the sales process.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of Installed Base data quality to support informed business decisions.
  • Validating costing and developing standardized offers based on our 360 Service Portfolio.
  • Driving digital transformation in the sales Lead-to-Order process to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Providing technical expertise on products and applications related to Separation products within our service portfolio.
  • Providing technical advice on sales-related claims and warranty to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting joint customer visits with sales and channels/partners to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Leading training and development of local sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with Business Units in the Central organization on all Separation products and associated applications to drive business success.
  • Managing stakeholders inter- and intra-teams locally and within the Central organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • University degree or similar in either business or sales management.
  • Preferably several years of service sales experience with Alfa Laval Separation products.
  • Experience in negotiations and working in a cross-functional business environment.
