Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive the adoption of sustainable solutions through equipment and process audits, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Service Sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Provide technical expertise on products and applications related to Separation products within our service portfolio.
- Conduct joint customer visits with sales and channels/partners to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead training and development programs for local sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with Business Units in the Central organization to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- University degree or similar in business or sales management.
- Several years of experience in service sales, preferably with Alfa Laval Separation products.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills, with experience working in a cross-functional business environment.
