About This Role:

We seek an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth through identifying and developing new business opportunities.

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential business partners, corporate clients, event planners, inbound operators, and travel agencies.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to design and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and expansion opportunities.
  • Pitch our hotel's unique offerings to potential clients and partners through compelling presentations and negotiations.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our hotel's facilities, services, and packages to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Represent our brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client agreements.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, hospitality, or hotels.
  • A proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
