Salary: AU$120,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)



Job Description: Senior Management Accountant



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial affairs of all Ingenia portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders
  • Direct and control general accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting and risk management
  • Prepare and lodge financial accounts and returns, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations
  • Analyse and interpret operating results to identify opportunities for profit improvement
  • Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
  • Coordinate tax depreciation schedules and BAS/ payroll tax returns


About You

  • Candidates should possess CA/CPA qualifications and have strong Excel skills
  • A deep understanding of property and taxation accounting issues, as well as Australian Accounting Standards/AIFRS
  • The ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and provide timely information to stakeholders
  • A keen eye for detail and proactive approach to identifying and managing opportunities for improvement
