We are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to join our team at INEOS Automotive. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for establishing and developing the Fleet Sales business for Grenadier.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global business plan to showcase the viability, credibility, and capabilities of Grenadier within the fleet sector.
- Engage with fleet clients to understand their requirements and develop bespoke solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide a single point of contact for fleet clients within our global support sales and after-sales network.
- Lead and win multimillion tenders, leveraging your automotive industry experience and strategic thinking skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of fleet sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading and winning multimillion tenders in the automotive industry.
- Excellent product and engineering understanding, with the ability to translate commercial requirements and balance with impact on manufacturing operations.
- Strong network and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to absorb and analyze large quantities of information.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate and train clients on a formal and informal basis.
