Our client is a renowned fleet management company with a strong reputation for excellence. As a leader in the industry, they offer their staff significant opportunities for growth and earnings.

This role provides a unique opportunity to join a highly experienced national management team and lead a high-performing Melbourne office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing new business and relationship management teams in the Melbourne office, mentoring, developing, and measuring deliverables for a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on state sales activities back to senior management.
  • Attend industry functions as required.
  • Recommend credit applications for new facilities and subsequent annual reviews.
  • Provide product training.
  • Conduct staff reviews.
  • Maintain compliance with in-house systems.
Remuneration Package

The remuneration package for this role includes a competitive base salary of $120,000 per annum, a car allowance, an incentive scheme worth up to 30% of the base salary, and employee corporate benefits to various retailers and service providers. Additionally, the successful candidate will receive a mobile phone and laptop.

Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, able to nurture and develop team and customer relationships.
  • Show ability and experience in leading new business and account management teams.
  • Hold extensive knowledge of vehicle finance products and fleet-related products and services.
  • Have previous experience and achievement in new business development.
  • Proven track record of managing or leading a team that has managed a client portfolio.
  • Exhibit trustworthy and moral/ethical standards.
