Fleet Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • To establish and develop the Fleet Sales business for INEOS, driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
  • Utilize existing and new contacts to enable INEOS to enter the commercial fleet sector, leveraging industry connections and relationships to secure new business opportunities.
  • Create and implement a global business plan that showcases the viability, credibility, and capabilities of INEOS within the fleet sector, highlighting the company's unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Engage with fleet clients to develop a deep understanding of their requirements and preferences, and work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor INEOS's products and services to meet their needs.
  • Provide a single point of contact within Network Development and Sales and Marketing to ensure that fleet clients are adequately catered for within the INEOS Automotive global support sales and after-sales network.
  • Tenders may have timelines of 18 months or similar - able to see these through to fruition.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading and winning multimillion tenders in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent product and engineering understanding, with the ability to translate commercial requirements and balance with impact on manufacturing operations.
  • Strong network essential, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker, able to absorb and analyze huge quantities of information to make informed decisions.
  • Strong in ideation, with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate and train clients on a formal and informal basis.
