About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Deployment/Enablement Lead to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple customers who have purchased an SAP Business Network solution and assisting them in digitizing their procurement on the SAP Business Network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a project plan to ensure the enablement strategy maximizes ROI and manage buyer and supplier interactions to ensure overall success and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong PMO & Consulting skills and effectively manage challenging projects deploying complex global transactions.
  • Maintain a strong Customer Focus and position yourself as a Trusted Advisor to the Trading Partners you collaborate with.
  • Build relationships with customers and suppliers at all levels and align with Account Management on a comprehensive enablement onboarding plan.
  • Act as project manager for cross-functional teams consisting of both internal and external stakeholders and have ultimate responsibility for project content and strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver analyses and presentations to customers outlining expectations, risks, options, project plans, results, etc.
  • Responsible for understanding key business drivers and managing operational metrics and work closely with our partner and center of excellence teams to ensure delivery success.
  • Ensure that all reports and systems are current and understand and comply with work instructions, process documents, technology, and tools required within the department.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and 5+ years of Procurement and/or AP Experience.
  • 3+ years of Enterprise Business Applications Experience and 3+ years of Project Admin / Management Experience.
  • Must be able to travel 30%+ and experience with customer management (internal & external).
  • Experience preparing and delivering analyses and presentations, experience with procurement principals and processes, and experience with continuous improvement efforts.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once, experience in building both internal and external customer/team member relationships, and experience in broader Digital Supply Chain.
