
Key Resource Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our organization as a Key Resource Manager. You will play a pivotal role in supporting customers by delivering skilled resources in a timely and efficient manner. Your expertise will also be utilized to support the Pre-Sales function, responding to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and contributing to in-contract growth responsibilities.
Your Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to track open roles, review CVs, conduct interviews, and provide valuable feedback.
- Onboard new employees, provide initial training, and facilitate access/screening support from the Workforce Management Operations team.
- Support pipeline development for critical/high turnover roles.
- Determine award and pay classifications, as well as pricing activities to set competitive sell rates.
- Identify opportunities for skill development and career planning.
- Promote succession and redundancy plans for critical roles/single points of failure.
- Cultivate meaningful career development conversations with your team.
- Maintain staff engagement through regular updates, site visits, and social interactions.
- Ensure compliance training and other administrative tasks are up-to-date.
- Perform other human resource responsibilities as required.
- Support RFQ and bid responses.
- Assist in developing Staff Augmentation within our organization and engage stakeholders from Customer Service, Sales, Finance, HR, and other departments.
- Foster in-contract growth by increasing headcount and margin with customers.
- A degree in Human Resources or related field and IT Recruitment knowledge/experience are highly beneficial.
- Understanding of Awards and RFQ experience is advantageous.
- Experience working with Defence and Government resources/key stakeholders is preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment or people management is essential.
- Previous experience in pre-sales or bid responses is necessary.
- A baseline security clearance is required.
- Business Development Management and in-growth account management skills are crucial.
