As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing government panels and account resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently handle requests for quotations from government panels and existing accounts requiring resources.
  • Utilize your professional network to actively seek suitable resources to meet client demands.
  • Tailor resumes and respond to selection criteria by highlighting relevant skills and experience in potential applicants.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and applicants, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Negotiate rates with clients and applicants, striving for mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work towards closing deals by finalizing contractual agreements and securing resource placements.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role, such as recruitment, account management, or resource coordination.
  • The ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver results without constant supervision.
  • Strong networking skills to leverage personal connections and proactively identify potential resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively tailor resumes, respond to selection criteria, and negotiate rates.
  • Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple requests, interviews, and deal negotiations simultaneously.
