The Resource Manager is to proactively partner with our Advisory and Technical business unit to ensure effective allocation of resources to meet business demand. The Resource Manager is responsible for understanding resourcing requirements and providing sourcing strategies that align the right talent with the right roles to enhance engagement success, optimise profitability and meet customer needs.

To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

- Lead the development and implementation of a workforce plan that aligns with the business units' goals and DPS' Strategic Workforce Plan.
- Plan and deliver optimal allocation of DPS consulting team members to projects across the business unit; inclusive of all sourcing channels such as new hires, current workforce and subcontractor utilisation.
- Maintain constant communication with your business unit to monitor day-to-day project activities and corresponding workforce movements.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their resourcing needs and ensure that they are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or a related field (desirable).
- Experience collaborating with, advising and influencing senior stakeholders to implement resourcing strategies to meet customer needs.
- Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate with all levels of professionals, including effective management of stakeholder expectations
